Cleaning
Regular periodical cleaning will guarantee that your sofa will serve you for as long as possible.
For dry dirt use a brush with soft bristles or vacuum cleaner at the medium setting. If the sofa is stained, a white and non-abrasive cloth will come to the rescue. Rub a wet cloth delicately, working from the outside of the stain towards the center and dry it immediately afterward.
For stains caused by greasy substances, using an absorbent paper, soaked in a diluted soap solution will do fine.

Mind the surroundings
To make your sofa last longer, the conditions of the room should be taken into account.
The piece of furniture should not be exposed to direct sunlight or powerful artificial light as it may accelerate the fading of upholstery.
In the case of leather sofas, there should not be any heat sources around it to prevent the leather from hardening and chapping.
Fluff it up
As time goes by, you may observe a slight shift in the sofa’s contour.
Because of the softness, the cushions should be fluffed daily to restore their shape. This simple procedure will make the sofa look like new even after years of using it.
If possible, switch the cushions around to make sure that they all wear evenly. Over time the sofa will adapt to your seating and become even more comfortable.
